Hypnosis in and near San Pedro, CA

I have completed three, 60-minute virtual hypnotherapy sessions, and I have to share my experience! Emiliano starts each session with a little chat about my goals and what changes I have observed. I was initially interested in addressing anxiety and stress, but it’s clear that I am also building my confidence and energy. Emiliano is incredibly empathetic and really takes the time to understand my concerns, which makes me feel heard and supported right from the get-go. The actual hypnotherapy part is TRANSFORMING. Absolutely amazing! I have always been curious about hypnotherapy and weary of it at the same time. I was not exactly certain what I should use the session towards and she was able to dig down to what would benefit me the most in my life. Half-way through the session, I did feel a shift in my body and mind. I left the session feeling incredibly happy and I was energized the entire day. I highly recommend and I will be returning for future visits.
