The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.
The facility was clean and well maintained. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience. That night I slept through the night which isn't always a given for me.
I am so glad I purchased the infrared sauna package of 10 visits. The minute you walk in it’s calming and relaxing. There was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything else. The sauna room was very comfortable and spotless. I would purchase another again if it’s available. Thinking about trying a massage.
