The Chakra Balancing Guilded Meditation Challenge was something I needed to do some much needed self reflection. I found it very valuable for my own healing & spiritual walk. On top of that, since you continue to have access to the materials of this particular challenge for a lifetime, It makes it continually useful. I think it worth the small investment, but more importantly the time investment in myself.

I really really enjoyed my session. I felt an overwhelming amount of peace. A lot of things came up for me later on it the day after my session and I just had to show myself some grace. I highly recommend
Shawna was amazing. She spoke to me for awhile prior to the session and answered all questions I had to make me very comfortable. The session went way overtime, as we had a pleasant conversation before and after. Shawna is very professional and easy to work with. Amazing! Bryant made it all worthwhile. He gave my husband and I a tour and answered any questions we had. The cryo was unique. I hate the cold and I'm thankful Bryant was in there with us to guide us along. I'm so glad we chose this place. If you're on the fence about cryo, float therapy or Nomratec then do it but come here.
