Folks were friendly and informative. They also offer a VIP membership at a reasonable price, with great perks. Unlike other medi spas they don't upsell or try to push you into prepaying for thousands of dollars worth of services before you get ten minutes into your first appointment. I apprecaited the services and the friendliness.

Everything was very professional. I gave a lot of feedback on how I wanted my brows to look. They listened to everything & made sure I was comfortable.
