Professional small business. It felt very personalized and my cats were well taken care of. The space was clearly very friendly and LGBT+ friendly (they used very inclusive language, for example.) I appreciate that, and I appreciate that they did not try to push extra services but instead gave me estimates if I decided to go with the extra services.
I like this vet, and I think I will continue go.
