The only critique I have is that the massage itself was 10 minutes shy of the 60 minutes I was supposed to have. And maybe that 10 minutes is to give me time to dress and for them to prep for the next customer, but if it is titled a '60 minute massage', then I feel you should receive the full 60 minutes.

Although there was some pain in my neck & shoulders as I was being massaged, it wasn’t the company’s fault, I’m sure I had lots of tension there. I appreciate them focusing on my tense spots.
