It's hard to make any specific comments when things went so smoothly. I never had to ask any questions, so I can't make any comments on the support. And the product is Microsoft, so it is as good as Microsoft can get.

Purchase, Download, Installation and activation was pretty much straightforward, still working at the moment can’t say what happens tomorrow I’ve bought from a different seller sometime back got activated worked for sometime but later started requesting for activation again keeping my fingers crossed see how this goes

Initially had no issues with receiving the code and getting Office activated. I opened the program two months later, doesn’t work. I emailed support and they got right back to me and got me back up and running. Highly recommend.
