This is my second time leaving a review because my experience here was just that good. The front office is lovely, especially Rosa. And Nurse Nikki is THE BEST! She’s always extremely thorough and meticulous about getting every vein but this time she went above and beyond. I have a small section on my shin that was blueish/purple and looked like a bruise, the result of going to a doctor for schlerotherpy over a decade who did a poor job. It had gotten slightly better from the previous injection she did but upon further inspection Nikki felt like there was something else going on. After doing a second injection she was able to release the blood that had been trapped in there, which was causing the blue mark. The “bruise” is finally gone and only because she cared enough to go the extra step. Thank you Nikki!!
the experience went well however i didnt like the fact of being charged a hidden fee of 200.00 for follow up visits. also i was mistakenly given the same prescription to fill which caused me to pay an extra 150.00 because my insurance just paid for the first one. its 7 years later and i can still see well.
