The hands-on brewing class explores the step-by-step processes of brewing frothy beer at home, including fermentation, adding hops, and even an explanation of the proper equipment to choose for starting home projects. Classes are scheduled for Saturdays: August 31, September 14, and October 12, all from 9:15 a.m. to noon.

The one-hour session demonstrates the steps necessary to make a six-gallon batch of wine using RJ Spagnols premium wine kits. The demonstration will be held on Thursday, September 26, at 6 p.m. and Saturday, October 26, at 3 p.m.
