Broken Bottle Brewery

To founders Chris Chavez and Donavan Lane, micro is too big. The pair prefer to call their beer-making operation a nanobrewery. In their secret lab behind Broken Bottle's taproom, Chris and Donavan put together small-batch brews that utilize fresh, unique ingredients to create one-of-a-kind flavors. Their 10 taps spill forth a rotating selection of regular selections and special seasonal beers, from smooth vanilla stouts to american ales brewed with fresh prickly-pear fruit. The brewery aims to be a one-stop destination for nights out by serving barley hummus, brisket meatloaf sandwiches, and other inventive pub dishes.
