Eat Drink SF

Eat Drink SF celebrates northern California's foodie culture with an epic weekend of classes, demonstrations, and tastings. At Fort Mason Center, representatives from more than 200 restaurants, distilleries, breweries, and wineries gather under the main tasting tent, handing out samples of unique local flavors.

Even with so many tempting eats on display, the festival never loses sight of its main goal: to educate visitors about the richness of the region's gastronomical and agricultural contributions. Attendees will have opportunities to interact with local farmers and ranchers alongside chefs and mixologists, doing justice to the full spectrum of northern California's culinary scene.

Eat Drink SF supports a number of local charities, including the Golden Gate Restaurant Association Scholarship Foundation, the Center for Education About Sustainable Agriculture, Share Our Strength, and Slow Food San Francisco’s NOMAD gardens project. Respectively, these organizations strive to prepare the next generation of culinary pros, connect city residents with local farmers, and transform developing neighborhoods' empty lots into community gardens. Eat Drink SF also attempts to minimize the amount of waste it creates by recycling all paper products and by exclusively using compostable eating utensils made from corn resin.
