This was my first time ever getting a facial and it was great! The staff was professional and friendly. I did a brief consultation to talk about my skin type and skin concerns, and then a 60 minute facial that was very relaxing. I think my skin looks healthier already.

Erin and Vanessa were absolutely fantastic - professional, attentive to my asks, and very sweet! The location is very well maintained, facilities are absolutely stunning! Tee, water, and champagne were available, and the relaxation room was lovely! The only issue that I had was booking - I needed to move my original appointment, there was a miscommunication on the phone and they scheduled me for a different day which would have been fine but when I went to confirm my appointment everything was at a different time than she had told me and from my confirmation email. When I called to resolve, the girl had no idea what I was talking about and would not move my appointment to what the confirmation email stated.
