Pure Comedy

The funny minds behind Pure Comedy have written bits for such Emmy-winning performers and shows as Laugh-In, Carol Burnett, Phyllis Diller and Jay Leno. Now, they’ve assembled a live show that reflects a similarly classical sense of comedy. Pure Comedy is an ever-changing blend of standup, sketches, monologues, and short bits, playing to the strengths of a diverse group of performers.

Historic Owen Theatre

Branson, Missouri’s first operating theater was opened by no less a personage than the mayor at the time, the honorable Jim Owen. Local socialites and celebrities were known to gather there, and so were groups arriving after a trip down the White River. Today, the place has been reimagined as an entertainment club featuring comedy acts, musical tributes, laser shows, and renowned audience impersonators.
