L.I.F.E.S. Passion

Jesse Canata has had many roles in her life—cosmetologist, coffeehouse barista, and stage manager, to name a few—but it took a cross-country move to find the role she was born to play. The New Jersey native relocated to San Diego on a quest for self-discovery and was soon introduced to the Body Mind College, where she found the inspiration she had been looking for. Having honed her skills and earned the designation of holistic health practitioner from the school, she put her desire to help people into practice by opening L.I.F.E.S. Passion. Jesse welcomes clients who are tense from working long hours at the circus as human cannonballs into a serene space and helps them relax with all manner of massages, from deep-tissue to shiatsu to Swedish.

Jesse’s dedication to helping others extends from the physical healing of aches and pains to the emotional support she provides in her role as a life coach. A firm believer in holistic counseling, Jesse helps clients navigate their life paths and unearth their passions during in-depth, one-on-one sessions. To be able to help others to the fullest, Jesse regularly attends seminars and classes to continue on her own path of growth, education, and tearing phone books in half.
