Owner Melissa Gilbert helms a professional staff of trained stylists that crafts new hairstyles, revitalizes hair color, and removes unwanted facial fuzz with waxing treatments. Each service begins with a consultation, during which the stylist can assess each client’s cut and make recommendations based on hair and skin type, condition of strands, and the color of their foulmouthed parrot sidekick. Aiding in complete care is the studio's stock of products from popular brands such as Redken, Bioelements, and Glow Therapeutic. Studio M accommodates all species of hair, as stylists are trained to deal with all hair types, including long, curly, and invisible.

Studio M’s aestheticians are also trained to deal with all types of skin. They reduce the affects of aging, including hyperpigmentation and fine lines, with vitamin C facials, and they target acne and clogged pores with purifying deep pore facials that rely on a medicated treatment and amino mask. The skin savants even custom blend their Bioelements facial to tackle a client’s specific skincare needs.
