Emilee was very friendly, kind, professional and punctual, she was very willing to meet me at a location I had hoped to do the shoot at. Good deal! They shipped me a box to ship back to them my VHS tapes, provided tracking. They also sent me a second email with a trackig to ship it back. I haven’t shipped my tapes yet nor received digital file on flash drive back but my experience is good so far!
