Starting at the top of the hour, kids and adults jump to their hearts' content on 10,500 square feet of dedicated jumping space, including a four-lane foam pit, and basketball-dunking and dodgeball areas. The park also includes a children's court for youngsters who are less than 46 inches tall.

Xtreme Hang Time Trampoline Park

The kids and adults bouncing off the angled walls at Xtreme Hang Time Trampoline Park probably don't realize that they're getting low-impact workouts and improving their balance and core strength. That's because the 18,000-square-foot facility has been designed for fun; a foam pit welcomes catapulting bodies into its cushy depths, and the closed-circuit camera system allows jumpers to review their flights through the air. Visitors enhance their aim in the dodge-ball and basketball areas, and smaller kids play safely in their own separate children's jump area. At 7 p.m., the staff turns out the lights for glow-in-the-dark leaps and bounds. The park also hosts birthday parties that include a visit with Jax, a huge, red-eyed tree frog who can take photos or explain the best way to become a prince without risking a cootie outbreak.
