Only stay here if your desperate and no other hotels in town available. Hotel is extremely dirty and smells. Sheets did not appear to be changed, I found hair in my bed and the other bed had cigarette burn holes. Trash left from last guest found behind the chair. Hotel staff lives in the hotel (they are very pleasant) but hotel reeks of cooking food, air freshener, and cigarette smoke. Someone was smoking marijuana in hotel the our entire stay. I called the front desk at 6am and complained. It was so strong it woke both me and my son up. The only positive was nice staff, good a/c and hot water. Other than that I would recommend not to stay at this hotel.

Terrible, dirty rooms w/bugs on bed They should not even receive a "1" We booked 5 rooms for 2 days. The crew came back from eating dinner and prepared for bedtime. bathrooms had black mold growing on it. one dresser had something on it that was not healthy. bugs literally were crawling on the bed. Our crew left within hours of checking in and went to a clean hotel. the hotel did reimburse us for 1 day, and promised to pay us back since we didn't stay but a few hours. however it is now late April and still no repayment. I do not recommend this place to anyone !!

goodtimes i stayed for a couple weeks for work. staff is verry helpful and rooms are nice and clean. lots of cool places to eat right next door too. The manager Andy was the coolest host i have ever met. for the price this has got to be the best hotel on the block.

Never Again! So we checked in, and the one positive is that they did not charge for our dog. But we got to our room and there was a large puddle on the floor in front of the mini-fridge. There was a large crack in the window. The staff, although very nice and polite, was terrified of my dog, who doesn't bark nor is she aggressive. She asked me many times to stay 8 feet away from her. How is this a dog friendly hotel? And I understand we were on the second floor, but a screen on the window would be nice. Also the photos on the site for a superior room and for what I paid for was not what I got in real life! Sorely disappointed and upset! This is strike two for Red Roof Inn!

Basic hotel We stayed here two nights while we were getting work done on our RV. Price was cheap at $56/night for king bed. Close to I-35 and shopping, restaurants and gas stations. Check in was ok, actually it was the only time we saw someone at the counter during our stay. The lobby smelled of cigarette even though it is a no smoking hotel. Our room was on the third floor; there is no elevator but luckily we only had one small bag. The hallway smelled like room deodorizer, bad for anyone with asthma. The room was clean, had a microwave and refrigerator, coffee maker, tv, hairdryer. They advertise as being pet friendly. The water pressure was good and there was plenty of hot water. The room was quiet. Minimal toiletries provided and towels were worn. The bed was not very comfortable. There is a washer and dryer on the first floor as well as vending machines. We saw an outdoor pool. It appeared that many of the folks we saw are long term guests. Overall a worn looking hotel that provides basic needs and nothing more.
