Absolutely amazing customer service! Had a few issues with compatibility and installation but they helped me out with detailed instructions and got it working just fine. Thinking of purchasing another one for a different computer definitely worth it.
Good service, my cleaner was 30 minutes late but once she arrived i was ok al least she let me know she was running late. But other than that the cleaning was good and no complaints i will be using Luiza again on my next clean!
