The location is across the interstate bypass. The parking is gated which provides some safety. The shuttle runs in like quarterly increments so the departure is usually timely. The pickup can include a likely wait.
Manager was very kind. Staff were very knowledgeable and got me in and out without an appointment. There was no confusion with me using my Groupon coupon. They processed it extremely smoothly. They weren’t at all bothered because I had a toddler with me. Good energy and good vibes. My tire pressure was low and the manager took care of that without me having to ask. I travel from Florissant to Collinsville just to get my oil changed because this is my favorite location. Will definitely be back again.
