In a quarter-century of professional experience, TJ Parker has approached the beauty industry from many different angles. She has managed upscale day spas, competed in hair shows, taught classes at John Robert Powers, and done hair and makeup for photographers. Currently, she owns Cameo Salon and Spa, a full-service business devoted to building beauty from clients’ natural features and suggestions from their style-savvy spirit animals. The salon’s menu boasts hair, nail, and skin treatments, the latter of which focuses on clearing complexions with natural remedies such as mud, oatmeal, and vitamin blends.
A graduate of Mitchell Hairstyling Academy, Renita Burnette harnesses 20 years in the hairstyling industry when expertly trimming tresses and shaping locks into wavy perms. Renita beautifies clienteles inside the Redken-certified Salon Bliss where men and women alike can treat their locks to cuts and highlights administered by stylists wielding Chi and Design Essentials products, or spruce up fingers and toes with a nail shaping and cuticle grooming from the salon's nail techs. Bridal showers and bachelorette parties can reserve the salon for private pampering sessions, where they can drink champagne, nibble on light refreshments, and polish their engagement rings until they can see the future in them.
Cindy Davis, owner of The Difference Hair Salon, draws on 20 years of experience as she shapes 'dos and leads a small but seasoned staff of two stylists. Cindy's salon has been churning out flattering coiffures since 2004 with cuts, color, highlights, and perms. Her staff also beautifies façades with tanning, waxing, and facials. When they aren't renovating visages, they help clients stay healthy by massaging stressed sinews with cauliflower florets.
