Total SCAM! I went with my groupon that covers the inside & the outside of the car he told me it only covers the outside and insisted I pay $150. On top of my groupon. I was lied to right off the batt I read this fine print on the groupon & it does cover the inside. horrible horrible job. They refuse to give me my $150 back and groupon has yet to call me back it's been 6days SO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!

something happened to the paint on my car after washing. all along the hood, top and trunk. not sure if it was a roller that was too strong. the sides of the car were fine. they didn't want to take responsibility for it.

I like to try new places using a Groupon. This way I know whether it's worth going back. My friend and I both bought a Groupon for the 'weather package'. My friends car was done well but mine not so much. I had to ask the guy to vacuum the inside again and also wipe down the seats. The waxing job was ok but doubt I'll be going back to pay full price.

There was nothing special about the car wash. Definitely not worth the price, not to mention the full price without the groupon discount. They even forgot to clean my trunk. It was pretty unacceptable.

This place is great for basic hand washes. I did have to ask them to clean my cupholders when I picked up my car, even though I asked them to do it when I dropped it off. There was spilled coffee inside which didn’t get cleaned. They were happy to help when I pointed it out, but for the price of a detail, one would expect this to be standard practice.

Rather disappointed. Bought the $150 package for a very appealing Groupon discounted price of $75, but I’m not convinced that I got my money’s worth even then; there were three smartphone-sized areas on my car - roof, sunroof and above the rear wheel arch - where the detailing team failed to remove the polish. And as the car is midnight blue it wasn’t as if the missed areas were hard to see.
