What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I have earned a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology from New Mexico State University where I became proficient in exercise physiology, anatomy, nutrition, biomechanics, and strength & conditioning. I have 5 years of personal training experience and I have trained from 7 year old kids to 70 years olds.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I keep them them motivated my encouraging them to reach their goals and I listen to them i what they lie and do not like

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I like helping people not be afraid of the gym and have more healthier lifestyles.

What do you love most about your job?
The joy I bring on their faces when they have accomplished a workout that they thought they could not do before.
