Local owner's Greg and Tawna McCoy started with Metroflex Plano which they later turned into Destination Dallas. After selling and exiting that business their latest facility came to life in the form of [Hidden Gym]. The new gym is the biggest yet, and serves a new variety of clientele. Bringing together multiple disciplines like boxing, powerlifting, bodybuilding, group training and athletic training the energy in the facility is tangible.
