For the experienced athlete, it's no problem to just walk into a gym and put together a day's workout. For someone still learning the ropes, a little support can go a long way. This is what you get at Foundation Fitness. Trainers start with an meet-n-greet to help you articulate your fitness goals and design workouts to accomplish them. From there, clients can choose to continue 1-on-1 training, transition to small-group training, or attend boot camp classes that include complimentary nutritional plans. FF's staff isn't intent on just cutting you loose after a workout, either: you can elect to stick around for a massage-therapy session that helps stretch and relax newly worked out muscles.
