About Lifeline Yoga
Lifeline Yoga is a unique partnership between Karla L. Hodges and Hong Joon Lee to provide yoga (mental, physical and spiritual support), acupuncture, massage and other wellness services to the community. Karla is the Program Director and lead Yoga Instructor at the studio. We want to partner with the community in assisting you in living your best life!
Karla is a Registered Nurse and also a certified yoga instructor. She attended Piedmont Yoga's Deep Yoga Program and completed the program in 2013. Her focus is on healthy aging and community health with knowledge that most "care" occurs outside of hospitals and facilities. She has expanded her knowledge in 2019 by receiving additional training in yoga for the treatment of cancer and cancer care symptoms. She is excited and grateful to be able to offer these services in our beautiful newly remodeled 1800 square feet studio in Carmichael, just outside of Sacramento, California.
