Ms. Delicious Diary is a writer and a coach, she combines the two to provide a unique coaching experience to help members change habits gradually to live a healthier lifestyle. Reading her diary each week will offer insight into real and sometimes imagined scenarios, that may even seem like your own. She writes about everything from weight gain, loss and gain again, diets that don't work, exercise you don't like and food you absolutely love. She offers solutions that you can try, to see which ones work for you. She believes you are so unique that the only way to know what works for you, is for you to try it. She does not offer a quick fix or one size fits all, but instead, she guides you with each diary entry as you try new things one week at a time.
