Practicing yoga was one of the first steps to Eric Seiler's fascination with healthy body alignment. He quickly became engrossed in the study of rolfing to complement his mastery of poses, and today counsels others with Dr. Ida P. Rolf's methods. The techniques are geared toward healthier posture and increased physical capability—after detecting areas of gathered tension and compression, Eric seeks to correct these problems through a mix of focused, hands-on pressure and lessons in movement. His warm attitude and expertise can lead clients on a progressive path toward enhanced mobility, as well as relief from muscle pain and various conditions, such as carpal tunnel syndrome.
