Please...Please..Please spare yourself the misery of an awful vacation. This place is one of the worst resorts that I have ever been to. There was a constant issue with the hot water, not enough towels and wash clothes, and the dining was sub par-yuk! The only thing that was beautiful was the view. Spare yourself. Hardly any activities there MAYBE 2-3 activities that are extremely overpriced and after that...well....good luck. Don't do it....

My parent's had a pleasant exp. Only issue was that I had booked 2 rooms and paid for 2 but they were kept in one room the first night. I am going to call for refund for that, as that was not right. Other than the vacation was great.

I purchased this trip in December for July 1 to July 5 2016, I was at the airport since 4 am, it is now 5:09 pm the flight has just been cancelled, no one can tell us anything, we have inquired about a refund and no one will say anything. This is not a reputable company, Sunwing messed up my vacation and took my hard earned money and I have absolutely nothing but 13 hours in the airport and exhaustion! I am very very frustrated, I hope Groupon will help me get my money back, I never had any problems with Groupon travel until this, if I were Groupon, I would not do business with Vacation express.

When calling customer service it takes at least 45mins before talking to someone. They changed the times for our flight about 4times. The hotel didn't have daily activities . Over all the hotel was clean. If your just going to relax on the beach then that's a great place for you.

If you need party favors you can get those right off the flight as your getting on the bus. All in all hotel was great. The only negative I would say was how depressing it was taking the bus to our hotel and riding through such an impoverished place. Definitely makes you feel guilty for even being able to take a vacation.

I thought this was a good deal but I was very wrong. I got hurt on their site and they did nothing to help me. I broke 2 fingers and one toe, I fell up some stairs that were not marked.
Drinks were very watered down. Water was not safe to drink got sick for 6 days. Staff hardly spoke English.
Did not feel safe there.

Groupon was aweful yo eork with. ..they duplicated our redemption code and it took multiple calls and emails before the reservation was complete. I wasted at least 2hrs of my life and not sure the vaca deal is worth it.

Flawless trip! Awesome deal that I actually booked again for June 2016 as well! Can't go wrong as long as you're a reasonable person.

Groupon sold too many vouchers and vacation express could not accommodate my vacation. I have been getting the run around from vacation and groupon for three weeks now trying to get a refund. When I've spoken to vacation express they tell me to keep calling back if I do not receive a return call from them! Poor customer service! I will never use them again!!
