Timothi is a really nice person who takes her time. Unfortunately, I misunderstood and thought that a partial highlight was just a touch of highlighting. My hair is silver and now the top 3/4 is a dull blonde. I should have been more observant so I am now just going to have to grow the low lights out and try again later. My hair cut was good too but she never contacted me back to even the sides out. She did get back with me about trying to correct the color but that would have entailed blonde and not silver so I am just going to wait it out.
