I'd only had reflexology once, years ago in Singapore, when the fellow worked on my left angle which had been twisted. Felt great. But more importantly my right index finger had what my Dr said was arthritis. I didn't believe the doc. I asked the guy if he could work on the finger and he said the foot work would fix it.
