Chef Darold Gordon's particular brand of creole and cajun dishes have taken him all over the world, from the kitchens of Semolina's and Planet Hollywood to the largest oil rig in the Gulf, The Enterprise. His globetrotting eventually led him back to his hometown of New Orleans, where he ran a food truck that catered to Mardis Gras balls and festivals until Katrina shut him down. Now, at his own restaurant, he serves up authentic New Orleans po' boys, gumbo, and crawfish. He also whips up platters full of classics such as jambalaya and crawfish etoufee.
