What's one tip for first-time students that will make them feel like veterans?
The hardest part of martial arts training is walking through the front door...just come to class and do what your teacher shows you one day at a time...but you have to walk through that door first. Take that first step and we'll be here to help you with the rest.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A love of the martial arts and the joy of seeing people make improvements in all aspects of their lives through the discipline developed in their martial arts training.
