What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We have perfected the art of "Hand held comfort food" by taking age old favorite combinations and coupling them between toasty, crispy slices of Sourdough bread.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
As the parent of a child with special needs I needed a flexible work schedule... little did I know how widely successful Emojis would become!

What do you love most about your job?
The people I meet, and hearing the stories they share as they wait in line outside our window at the food truck.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We had a customer that was brought to tears as she received her Stuffed Cinnamon Grilled Cheese and began to tell the story of a dessert her grandmother used to make when there was a surprise out of school day.
