What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
In Studio sessions with FitRegimen help to generate a diverse training experience. FitRegimen provides an intense and eclectic combination of weights, HITT, plyometrics, resistance, and stability training methods to help certify that no two workouts are alike.

Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
I always mix things up with my routines to make sure my clients don't get bored and most importantly don't plateau. We set realistic goals with realistic time tables. We trust the process and take it one day at a time and one workout at a time. Hard work pays off and results will follow.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Seeing the effects first hand that a structured fun training and nutrition program had on my life, I knew I wanted to share this with others. Helping clients reach their health and fitness goals is mutually satisfying. I wanted to lead by example and mentor others on their fitness journey.

What do you love most about your job?
Setting a goal with a client and watching them turn their weaknesses into strengths is amazing! Their hard work becomes motivation and inspiration for others to do the same. Seeing the satisfaction achieved from their transformation and hard work motivates me to continue to help others do the same.
