We keep clients motivated by keeping classes challenging, new, and exciting. We're loud, energetic, and relentless when it comes to improving someones fitness!

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Hermes Athletics was started to get people outdoors, and active again. By providing affordable training with unmatched quality, clients will start bettering their lives with just a 1hr workout before continuing their day.

What do you love most about your job?
What I love most about doing this, is the community. It's different than going to a gym where you just put your headphones in and sit on a machine. Everyone that shows up is helping, motivating, and competing against each other all for the common cause of bettering themselves. We're a family.
