Rather than offering up a few haphazard scoops, the team takes a different approach. They carefully scrape vanilla or chocolate ice cream into thin sheets and layer them with fresh fruit or candy. Sheets are then rolled up, the tasty extras filling them up for a burst of flavor with every melty bite. Those looking for an even further departure from the quotidian gallery of frozen treats can grab hold of a Hawaiian-style snowball, available in over three dozen flavors. Ice Scrapers also has coffee-flavored ice cream, and offers a lactose-free coconut milk version of vanilla, coffee, and chocolate.
