When college lacrosse player Dean accidentally walked into a Bikram Yoga studio, it turned out to be the best mistake he could have made. After one class, he was hooked. Two months later, he was practicing yoga consistently, and noticing his flexibility, balance, and core strength improve. Even better, he was stronger in the weight room, thanks to his yoga work. He began sharing his new fitness love as the conditioning coach of the lacrosse team, and, after becoming a certified instructor through Yoga Alliance, Dean founded Man Flow Yoga in 2013.
At Man Flow Yoga, Dean leads yoga classes everywhere from gyms and parks to international retreats as well as in clients' homes via online videos and carrier pigeons. Man Flow Yoga exemplifies his style of yoga—one that focuses on physical benefits first and foremost. His classes are ideal for anyone who wants to improve their overall fitness and endurance, as well as athletes recovering from injuries.
