Shaolin Martial Arts teaches the ancient system of Shaolin-Do to students. We teach Kung Fu for the body and Tai Chi for the mind. Students will also learn sparring techniques, cardio and strength exercises, and valuable life lessons. Group classes focus on physical conditioning and learning new material step by step. Students will also receive a fair amount of one-on-one time with the instructors to increase understanding. Sparring practice with partners will help take the lessons from the material into real-life situations. At Shaolin-Do, we also practice many types of weapons styles including: straight sword, spear, broadsword, staff, short stick, sai, and many others.

Established in 2014, Shaolin Martial Arts is spreading the Shaolin-Do name and style into the Lakeway area.
