Tots are good but the smothered were kind of bland. Could use some spicy sauce on the side
Food is a little too greasy.
Nice low-key spot to pick up a quick bite to eat.
I enjoyed my sandwiches and service was nice and friendly but unfortunately I don't think that the overall experience was worth the normal prices. I think either the food needs to be made more compelling somehow or it needs to cost about 30% less. The bigger problem is that Austin has a lot of food trucks and the ones that keep me coming back are the cheap eats trailers that offer very few common items done well and cheap (like mexican taco trucks) or places that offer unique cuisine that you really can't get anywhere else. Though delicious, the "pig in a prom dress" tastes very similar to a cheesesteak and the banh mi, while fairly good, was not really remarkable especially in north austin.
Very good sandwich and doughnut. Will definitely return.
Great sandwich options and the donuts are killer.
So good, I went back the next day .....easily one of my new favorite eating spots! Had the pig in a prom dress, and loaded tots! DELICIOUS!!!!!!
Tried the pig in a prom dress sandwich and it was really good. Nice portion and good flavor. Also tried the smothered tots and it was done really well. Crispy and the sautéed onions and bacon gave it really good flavor. Definitely worth trying.
Some awesome greasy sandwiches.

In the North Austin Trailer Yard, a towering T. rex watches over a handful of picnic tables and a school bus painted gray. A giraffe and an ostrich loom in the distance, and the scent of roasted meats wafts from the windows of the parked bus. Inside the converted vehicle, Snarkys' culinary gurus cook the fillings for internationally inspired sandwiches such as a torta, a caribbean jerk sandwich, and a banh mi. These worldly portables share menu space with the staff’s own creations such as the Pig in a Prom Dress, which tops three types of pork with habanero-peach jelly. To punch up the flavor, Snarkys blends its own sauces, including a honey mustard for the cheesesteak, a smoky mustard for the cuban, and a gingery sauce for slathering on the banh mi.
Snarkys sweetens its offerings with elaborate gourmet donuts. The brunch donut pairs bacon bits with whipped peanut butter and a mild hangover, and the s'mores donut swirls mini marshmallows, graham-cracker crumbs, and cream-cheese icing.
