This class is optimized for safety. It is not a sparring class so no one will be kicking or punching at you! Classes are taught by Professional Martial Arts Instructors rather than aerobics instructors. Our instructors teach kickboxing correctly & provide you an easy transition into the training!
Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well?
Open to ages 15 and above.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Warriors Cove Martial Arts Gyms have been the leader in providing the highest quality martial arts training programs for over 35 years! Our inspiration comes from watching our members achieve their fitness & martial arts goals as fast as possible with the latest "cutting edge" systems of training!
What do you love most about your job?
Our professional instructors were students first. After many years of training in martial arts and fitness, and after many years of leadership training, they earned the right to live their passion and become full time instructors helping others achieve their goals! They really love what they do!
