What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? Gladiator school training focuses on cross fit, plyometric, footwork, layup techniques from every angle, flexibility, strength and conditioning, proper shooting mechanics, defensive awareness and rebounding, and improving basketball IQ. In order to be a great athlete, you have to focus on all aspects.

Is your location strictly for adults, or can kids participate as well? No, gladiator school training is available to all age groups and skill levels.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? Through basketball I will teach every child that I coach discipline, the importance of hard work, integrity, accountability, fundamentals, proper nutrition, strength and conditioning, basketball IQ, and the ability to be better than the person and player than they were yesterday.

What do you love most about your job? I’ve realized that my entire basketball career was mapped out to help me learn the game and experience the highs and lows of the game so I could help develop players. In my heart I know that my purpose is to help kids, and basketball is the platform that God gave me to accomplish my mission.
