Studio is peaceful and clean. Classes are challenging and very relaxing at the end. All instructors are amazing and they have a nice selection of classes. I love it!

Great atmosphere, the instructor was kind and gentle yet he made sure the class was challenged. So glad I bought the package for 20 classes - can’t wait for the next one!

This is a beautiful studio with a great zen feel. The class was really wonderful and Dan is a knowledgeable instructor who clearly takes pride in his practice.

Beautiful , clean studio - caring and knowledgeable instructor . Added bonus is the monthly study topic.- have me a well needed boost and mantras I can use daily .
