We will weigh and measure once a month to keep you on track. your trainer will set time-limited goals, and when your ready to give up we will be there to help you to the next Fitness step.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I love helping people, I love Fitness and finding different ways to motivate. So for me this was the best business.
