Our classes are offered Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We teach all ages and abilities. Increase concentration, discipline, anti-bully defense, self respect and self confidence.

All ages apply

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Working around kids that could use the benefits of a martial arts program, but lack the ability to afford it. I wanted to provide a low cost program that teaches more than just how to kick and punch.

What do you love most about your job?
I have a job that actually changes lives for the better. Listening and learning skills earned through martial arts are of use in everyday life, in both school and social situations.
