The massage was okay. However it was not what I was supposed to get. The staff was very nice but did not speak English we had to communicate through an app and I had to pull up my groupon on the computer for them.

Decent massage. However this Groupon was for a 30 minute back/shoulder massage AND a 30 minute reflexology massage. They did not know what the Groupon was and I only received the back massage. They didn’t speak English well so it got so difficult to explain the confusion and I gave up. At the end as I was leaving I was also badgered a tip which is not professional. I would not buy again.

Not good at all. Nobody speaks nor understands english. They sent in a man that CLEARLY was not a trained nor licenses therapist. He had no clue what he was doing, it was awful. I askes him to use oil..he was dry rubbing my back...he didn't understand me. I ended up with 3 people in my room trying to understand what i was asking for!!! Just horrible. Not worth going. Don't waste yoir time

Hmmmm. Well... I paid for three 60 minute massage’s WITH foot scrubs, and just finished one, bit didn’t get the scrubs..., so I’m expecting two more.... But the masseuse redeemed my Groupon as if I gotten all three...! He did t speak English either, (however the massage was good). This was the store on Calloway and Olive.
I hope I can redeem the other 2 appointment without paying for them again
