BubbleBall takes a familiar game like soccer or dodgeball and adds a twist. If it's soccer, the twist is an inflatable bubble, which turns the game into more of a bumper cars match. All the same rules apply—namely, no hands, which is easy because they're inside a bubble—only players have to contend with bouncing off each others' bubbles at full speed. Luckily the bubbles soften the blow.
In dodgeball, the twist is a bit more unexpected. BubbleBall switches out the balls for foam-tipped arrows. In Arrow tag, players are suited up with a protective helmet and given crossfire bows. At the start of the game, they have to scramble to the center to pick up their arrows. From there, the game plays like dodgeball. Bob and weave behind inflatable obstacles to avoid the arrows of the other team, and hope to take out their players before you're hit.
