Thanks to Charm City Pedal Mill, that second scenario is a reality. That's because the company corrals up to 15 people on a specialty pedal-powered bike and pairs them with a driver who steers them toward bars in Fells Point, all while music plays through the bike's rocking stereo system. In the winter, the pedal mills are covered with heavy duty plastic and heated to ensure toasty toes and fingers even in the freezing cold.
