The person to whom I have it as a gift was unable to contact Nelsy's. It does not appear that company actually exists but is a part of something called Enchanting Designs. I contacted Groupon who got a person to call. I was told that gutter cleaning cannot be done after October and that the Groupon would be extended through April. Sounds nice, but both the recipient and I are very concerned about dealing with a company which appears to be very loosely managed. I plan to talk further with Groupon about this.
