What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Our company offers personal safety awareness and self-defense classes, basic firearms training as well as State mandated courses for firearm purchases. We also offer American Heart Association CPR and First Aid courses for laypersons and professionals.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Our company was founded by a retired US Army Green Beret as an extension of his service to the community. After liberating citizens abroad, his passion to help others compelled him to develop programs to assist US Citizens at home. The Tailored Defense Training Group serves as the perfect platform.
What do you love most about your job?
Helping others. There is absolutely no better feeling.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The best has yet to come. Our goal is to help others and we receive emails and phone calls from clients monthly, expressing their gratitude for the training they have received. The best reactions are the one where they have applied the information and benefitted from greatly from it.
